Birthday Weekend Photos

Johnny's birthday is tomorrow, but we had his party on Sunday. Here are some photos. Today, when I told him, "Hey bud, you know your birthday is tomorrow," he said, with some excitement, "Again??!!"

It rained Thursday and Friday, and then again on Saturday night, so I was worried, because the party was to be a cookout in my parent's backyard. Luckily, Sunday dawned sunny and dry, and we had a gorgeous day.

This was Friday. Maureen has conquered her fear of steps and now wants to play on them all day long.
Johnny was in dire need of a haircut. This photo, taken just minutes before he got shaved, shows what happens when a boy with curly-ish hair, runs around all day and gets sweaty.
