Today, we visited a friend of mine who lives in Carroll County. Part of the hour long drive is through a pretty rural part of the state. To hear Johnny squealing, "Mom! Look! COWS!!!!" you might think that it was a pretty amazing treat to look at farm animals as we sped by.
The scene of snow covered fields was apparently so foreign to him that he wasn't quite sure where we were.
"Mom! Where ARE we? Is this the boonies?"
Seeing as how John wants to move someplace more rural, so he can have stuff like tractors, I guess Johnny better get used to it.

I can't wait to be out in the country!
My parents moved to the country, I love it out there, can't wait until we can move out there.
Have to wait until closer to Hubby's retirement as is the location of his job is 45 minutes from here, doubt he wants a 2 hour commute everyday.
so it will be more like 10 years form now....he doesn't mind a year or two of a long commute , but not 10,11, 15 years of it.
