As irritated as I was with cleaning cat barf off the carpet, and as filthy as Johnny got yesterday, I need to remember this: SOMEBODY ALWAYS HAS IT WORSE.
This is my new mantra.
Pop on over to Erin's blog to read about why the insurance man will probably never set foot on their doorstep again. Compared to this, cat vomit and dirty preschoolers are a piece of cake.
Thanks for the reminder, Erin!

Hi MommyK,
Thanks so much for your comments on my Backwards day question - what to do with all that art work? I LOVED your idea about taking pictures/or scanning into digital format and using it for screen savers on the computer! The kids would love that. Great food for thought. And speaking of food... I'm going to check out your Food blog. I'm in awe that you have 5 blogs...
Cat barf is gross, but kid barf on your bare feet first thing in the morning ain't what it's cracked up to be! :) That was my day a couple of weeks ago... but, somebody always has it worse. :)
TOTALLY unrelated-
www.genericmommy.com/ is up and running!!!
I try to remember that saying when things don't go well.
